You are receiving this message as you are noted as the main contact for your FJI Annual Dinner reservation. We are nearing our biggest event of the year and wanted to provide a few updates regarding our Annual Dinner, scheduled for tomorrow April 4th.
If you have not done so, we encourage you to stop by the Forward Janesville office before 5 pm today (14 S. Jackson Street/Suite 200) to pick up your name badges and VIP Corporate Sponsorship Reception passes, if applicable. All badges not picked up today will be available at the registration table on Tuesday evening. With a sold out guest list of 700 arriving at the Holiday Inn Express & Janesville Conference Center tomorrow night, we are trying to alleviate a back-up at the registration table. All attendees must be wearing their name badge for admission. Please note that your table assignment is labeled on the back of your badges and maps will be available at the entrance of the ballroom to assist you with locating your table.
The Annual Dinner doors will open at 4:30 pm with 3 bars available for purchasing your beverage of choice. The Craig High School Jazz Band Combo will be performing on stage from 4:30-6:15 pm (Greg Hughes is a graduate of Craig High School).
Mike Jacques, Sports Director with NBC15 Madison, will be on-site hosting live remotes from our event during both the 5 & 6 pm news segments. We are very excited to have Greg Hughes join us as our Keynote Speaker. He had crafted a great keynote presentation that will sure to excite the crowd of over 700 attendees! WCLO Sports Director, Josh Golberg, will be joining Greg on-stage and sharing in stories and conversation behind a NBC sports desk that will be at center stage.
If you are a Corporate Sponsor, you will receive 4 tickets for admission to our Olympics themed Sponsor Reception. Please bring your ticket for admission between 4:30-6 pm.
