Community Action, Inc. (CAI) is a not-for-profit organization offering programs to fight poverty in Rock and Walworth counties. Community Action develops and implements a broad range of services across our two-county area including: child care, pre-school and school age programs, affordable housing, at-risk youth programs, weatherization, community organizing and development, a homeless shelter, health education, and The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP). We are a funded partner of United Way Blackhawk Region and United Way Walworth County.
