DESCRIPTION:JOIN Janesville has a unique opportunity for a limited number of members to take part in a program that teaches how to organize goals and measure progress to drive lasting changes within your organization. The "Young Leaders WorkExcellence" program\, hosted by Steve Gran\, is designed to educate young leaders on the WorkExcellence method in order to increase capabilities and effectiveness now and throughout their careers. \n\n \n\nThis opportunity requires a 2 hour time commitment from 6:30-8:30 PM on the following dates\, via a virtual meeting. If you know one or two of the dates won't work for you\, Steve is willing to offer a couple of make-up sessions during this timeframe\, so don't let it stop you from registering.\n\n \n\n1/17/22              Work System/Work Improvement\n\n2/7/22                Review /Coaching Session\n\n2/28/22              Work Measurement\n\n3/14/22              Review/Coaching Session\n\n4/4/22                Work Direction\n\n4/25/22              Final Review/Coaching Session\n\n \n\nThis is a great opportunity if you are an entrepreneur\, a manager (or working to become one)\, or even if you just have a desire to elevate your professional development.
