Vannesa Paulson - Vice President - Bank Manager at BMO

Vannesa has worked in banking for over 25 years with experience overseeing 30 locations through acquisitions, audit preparation, and fraud prevention in California. She relocated to WI in 2008 and has worked as a Bank Manager supporting local communities, small businesses, and consumers reach their financial goals. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from California State University, Sacramento, and is part of several local non-profit boards and organizations in Rock County including the City of Janesville Economic Development Downtown Revolving Loan Program. 

Tanner Voss - Vice President - Relationship Manager | Commercial Banking at BMO

Tanner has been with BMO for 3.5 years and is directly responsible for developing and managing a diverse portfolio of large private company relationships for BMO’s Commercial Banking group in Southern WI and Northern IL. Tanner applies expertise to address common and unique situations to deliver solutions and products to customer needs and problems ensuring a positive customer experience. He coordinates the delivery of asset-based lending, capital markets, equipment finance, sponsor finance, global trade, corporate advisory and industry specialists and services.
 
Tanner has over fifteen years of commercial experience in the banking industry. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from St. Norbert College and is passionate about serving the Rock County area where he is originally from by serving on the Board of Directors for both Forward Janesville and Junior Achievement of South-Central Wisconsin.
