FJ Townhall – Understanding the GM/JATCO Redevelopment Efforts & Site Referendum

Forward Janesville is inviting our members to join us for an upcoming townhall focused on the GM/JATCO Redevelopment Efforts  at this important Janesville property.  We will talk about the citizen led GM/JATCO redevelopment board and also unpack the referendum question that will be on the November 2026 ballot.  

When many people hear the word "referendum," they immediately think of school funding. However, an important community referendum related to the future redevelopment of the former GM/JATCO site will also appear before voters. Forward Janesville is inviting members to learn more about what this referendum would do, why it matters, and what it could mean for Janesville's future.

This event is free to attend, but advance registration is required. Please register by 12:00 PM on Wednesday, July 22.
