About Us

Founded in 1978, Agrace is a nonprofit, community-supported health care organization providing hospice care, supportive care, senior care and grief support to people who are aging, ill, dying or grieving. We serve nearly 1,500 patients every day in southern Wisconsin. People trust Agrace to care for them in very difficult times, every step of the way.
