Founded in 1917, R.H. Batterman & Co. Inc. (Batterman) is an engineering, surveying, and planning firm with locations in Beloit and Elkhorn, Wisconsin. Over the last 105+ years, our firm has evolved to provide a wide range of services, including civil engineering, land surveying, urban planning and design, landscape design, grant writing, capital improvement plans, and project management to state, municipal, and private sector clients throughout Wisconsin and Illinois.
