About Us

KANDU Industries is a nonprofit organization creating opportunities for people with disabilities and other barriers to greater independence, meaningful work, community connection, and an improved quality of life.

Serving southern Wisconsin since 1961, KANDU provides a broad range of programs and services for individuals and families throughout Rock County and surrounding communities. Services include workforce development and employment training, day programming, Adult Day Services and Memory Care, in-home support, daily living skills training, children’s respite services, transportation, and other supports designed to help people participate more fully in their communities.

KANDU is also a trusted production partner for manufacturers and businesses throughout the region. From its 110,000-square-foot facility in Milton, KANDU provides assembly, kitting, labeling, packaging, rework, inspection, food packaging, and other outsourced production services. Businesses benefit from flexible capacity, quick turnaround, quality-driven processes, and a workforce that helps them meet changing production demands.

For more than 60 years, KANDU has evolved alongside the needs of the people, families, businesses, and communities it serves. Today, its mission and commercial operations work together to create meaningful opportunities for people with disabilities while providing valuable services and workforce solutions to the region.
