About Us

NAMI Rock County is a local nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of individuals and families affected by mental health challenges. As part of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), we provide free, peer-led support, education, advocacy, and public awareness throughout Rock County and surrounding communities.

Through support groups, educational programs, community presentations, mental health and suicide prevention training, and connections to local resources, NAMI Rock County helps people understand mental health challenges, find support, and discover hope. Our programs serve individuals living with mental health conditions as well as family members, friends, caregivers, schools, workplaces, and community organizations.

At the heart of our work is the belief that no one should have to navigate mental health challenges alone. We strive to create a compassionate, inclusive, and supportive community where people affected by mental health challenges feel empowered to live healthy, fulfilling lives and know they are valued members of their community.
