NeighborWorks Blackhawk Region has been helping people build housing stability and stronger communities since 1979. We work with individuals and families throughout southern Wisconsin and northern Illinois, providing housing counseling, homebuyer education, supportive housing, and other resources that help people make informed housing choices and achieve their goals. Our work is rooted in the belief that stable housing creates stronger families, neighborhoods, and communities.
