We demolished the house, worked through local permitting and built a home speculatively that ultimately sold before it was finished. Zach Knutson – Managing Partner
Zach oversees Next Gen’s operations, financing, and investor relations related to our various development and construction projects. He also manages a 193 acre, mixed use project in Euless, TX with a total construction budget of over $150 million. He has over 15 years experience with operating, developing, leasing, and constructing large portfolios of shopping centers, land, and redevelopments in excess of $1 billion in asset value. He leads his team from project feasibility, site planning, municipality negotiations, financing, construction, and finally asset disposition. He’s also specialized in structuring joint ventures, mergers, and debt placements in excess of $400 mill
