About Us

Two Rivers Construction was founded in 2017 in Edgerton, Wisconsin. The name reflects the Rock and Yahara Rivers — two places that shaped some of the best memories of my childhood. Those rivers were where I learned the value of hard work, loyalty, and perseverance. They represent both where I come from and the foundation we continue to build on.

The company began with a simple goal: provide dependable roofing, siding, and gutter services with workmanship homeowners could trust. We started with just a truck and the basic tools we needed to get the job done. During the day we installed roofs ourselves; in the evenings we handled estimates, sales, and customer communication. Every project was hands-on. Every detail mattered.

Before starting Two Rivers Construction, we each spent more than a decade working in both commercial and residential roofing and siding. Those years taught us the trade from the ground up and gave us the experience to deliver quality work without cutting corners. In the early days, we operated as subcontractors, physically completing every job ourselves. I managed the business side while also working in the field — overseeing sales, marketing, materials, crews, and operations — doing whatever was necessary to keep the company moving forward.

Since those early years, we have grown steadily through consistent effort and a commitment to doing things the right way. Today, Two Rivers Construction operates from our downtown Janesville location, with an additional office and shop in Stoughton. What began as a small operation has developed into a structured, professional organization with a dedicated sales team and a clear vision for the future.

While we built our foundation in exterior services, we are now preparing for the next chapter — expanding into full home construction. Our goal remains the same: deliver quality craftsmanship, clear communication, and dependable service to every homeowner we work with.

Two Rivers Construction was built without outside funding or shortcuts. It was built through long days, steady growth, and a commitment to improving year after year. That work ethic still defines us today.
