Tricoci University was founded in 2004 by beauty industry legend Mario Tricoci, who built a highly successful chain of upscale salons and day spas under the “Mario Tricoci Hair Salon & Day Spa” and “Mario Tricoci, Too” brands. Mario conceived and launched a brand new company, Tricoci University of Beauty Culture, to introduce fresh and innovative cosmetology and beauty school curriculum, providing students with advanced technical skills, ethics, professionalism and leadership values. Due to rapid growth in the salon and day spa industry, particularly in the more upscale segments of the market, salon owners are asking for new technicians to possess a higher level of technical, customer service and client-building skills. TUBC is filling this need using it’s beauty schools to produce salon-ready professionals that are eager to start their successful careers in cosmetology, esthetics, nail technology, and as teachers.
