Located on the west side of Janesville, Barkley's Burgers, Brews & Dawgs bar/restaurant prides itself on serving quality food with great service and is committed to its patrons having a great time. As important as our mission is to serve our guests with good food, we are committed to community involvement, supporting fundraising opportunities and many community events. But the most unique thing about Barkley's is our dog-friendly pavilion for families and their four-legged friends. This 800 sq. foot pavilion offers the unique experience of dining in a public facility while allowing the pet owner to bring their dog to dinner. Basics Cooperative Natural Foods
Basics is a natural foods store, coffee shop and deli founded in 1977. As a co-op, Basics is 100% owned by the community and open to the public. While anyone is welcome to shop or attend classes and events, those who choose to invest in co-op ownership have a say on important store issues, can vote for and run for election to the Board of Directors, receive many extra discounts, and become lifetime members of a not-for-profit cooperative business.Basics is dedicated to providing valuable, healthy choices and information. All foods and vitamins at Basics are free of artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives.
Products are sourced from farms and businesses using sustainable agricultural practices, and are locally made as often as possible.
